Nikon Presents Its Main Achievements in 100 Years
The Japanese company has listed its main milestones.
Nikon published a 5-minute video which discusses the main achievements of the company since its foundation in 1917, PetaPixel writes.
Among other things, the video mentions how the company that used to specialize in optics, developed its first microscope, how its camera gradually became more and more popular and how Nikon cameras were first used in underwater photography.
“Since its founding in 1917, Nikon has harnessed the power of lenses to contribute to the advancement of imaging culture and sciences. Filled with appreciation for the previous 100 years, we move forward to the next 100 where our role will be in creating new values for a brighter future,” the company says.
