MPC studio that specializes in visual effects published the process of creating some of the special effects for Ridley Scott’s The Martian. The video tells about combining shooting in the nature with shooting with green screen in the background, color correction, creating Martian landscapes and their reflections in spacesuit helmets, as well as about the work on explosion of the habitation module and the sand storm.
